Church Activities
We believe that Christian fellowship is essential to spiritual growth. As a congregation we actively seek to encourage and promote fellowship between our members.

In addition to participating in Bible studies, we enjoy meeting together for special events after worship services and throughout the week. Our Fellowship Committee helps to facilitate the gathering of our church family.

Activities have included:
  • Coffee/Refreshments after the morning worship service on the first Sunday of the month
  • Church Picnic
  • Fall Fellowship Supper
  • Christmas Caroling
  • Ladies’ Spring Luncheon
  • Request Night Program

Fall Retreat
Our Fall Retreat is a special opportunity for spiritual fellowship and growth. For two days in September or October, adults of all ages gather for spiritual discussions, recreation, good food, and to retreat from our daily responsibilities. The retreat is held at a different hotel or conference center each year.

Church Camping
A week of Church Camping offers a unique opportunity for fellowship with other members of our church family. In August each year, we camp at Wabasis Lake Campground in Greenville, Michigan. There are activities for both children and adults organized each day. Evenings are filled with fellowship and singing around the campfire.

Helping Hands
Members in need especially benefit from the expressions of Christian love from the congregation our Helping Hands Committee facilitates this fellowship between members of the congregation by coordinating meal preparation, household cleaning, etc.

When members are experiencing health difficulties, mourning the loss of a loved one, or welcoming a new baby into their home we want to express our love and brighten their day.

We have special concern for the elderly members of our congregation, especially those who are unable to attend worship services and Bible studies. Our Helping Hands Committee also coordinates visits to these members. All members of our congregation are encouraged to pray for and to reach out and visit our elderly members.
